Important Policies
We require at least 48 hours notice for all appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $100 fee, which will be charged to your card on file. Missing two appointments may result in discharge from the practice.
We do not routinely prescribe chronic benzodiazepines. Stimulants and other controlled medications may be prescribed through Headway, but require at least one in-person evaluation. Each patient is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Controlled medications require at least one in-person visit at our Cheshire office.
A $50 deposit is required for cash-pay TIBH Program bookings. Your credit card on file will be charged automatically at the time of your appointment. Accepted payment methods include all major credit and debit cards.
Superbills are available for clients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider for out-of-network mental health services.
